About Erin
Erin is a family nurse practitioner focusing on the primary care needs of her community. She recognized the need for accessible, compassionate, affordable health care and opened a direct primary care practice in midtown Savannah, GA. She embraces getting to know her patients and their families on a personal level, ensuring health care is a partnership.
Erin has been a board-certified FNP since 2017. She received her BSN from App State in Boone, NC, and her MSN from ETSU in Johnson City, TN. She has a background in community and public health, occupational and mental health. For the past 6 years she's been focusing on primary care, providing empathetic and comprehensive care in a small private practice. She's recently been certified to complete DOT exams and provides medical disability exams for Veterans (thank you for your service!). Her desire to care for patients and their families on a more intimate level lead her to open up a direct primary care practice, to encourage patients without insurance to seek a model of care that is accessible and affordable. She is an inclusive member of her community, supporting LGBTQ+, all cultures, backgrounds, ethnicities, etc.
Erin, her husband and their youngest child have been living in Ardsley for three years. They have two children who are grown and out of the home, but they make up for it in four-legged babes! In her past time she enjoys gardening, kayaking, being in the sun, traveling, cooking and being with her family. When college football is in season, you can catch her watching any and all games on Saturdays! She also coaches ladies varsity volleyball for the Memorial Day Matadors. She is a passionate mother & wife, avid exerciser, former runner, dog/cat-lover and former traveling soccer mom. She also loves food!
